Former India skipper MS Dhoni is known for his lightning fast speed behind the wicket but in the second T20I against Australia in Guwahati, the wicket-keeper batsman set a personal record when it came to picking up those quick runs on the 22 yards.
MS Dhoni achieves his highest speed record between the wickets
In a video released by Star Sports on the Youtube, Dhoni can be seen racing to complete two runs against Australia in the second innings of the match. While he has always been known to push for quick singles and convert the two’s into three’s, this particular scamper created a new record for MSD.
As he ran to complete the second run and reach the striker’s end, he picked up a whopping speed of 31 kmph. This is his personal highest speed while running between the wickets and is one to be marvelled.
