Dube’s both apartments are part of the DLH Enclave project in Oshiwara, developed by Dev Land and Housing Limited. The flats are located on adjacent floors and together offer a spacious carpet area of around 4,200 square feet. What makes the deal even more exclusive is the combined 3,800 square feet of private terrace space — a rare luxury in Mumbai’s dense skyline. Dube paid a stamp duty of INR 1.65 crore and a registration fee of INR 30,000, in line with high-value property transactions in the city. Each apartment also includes three car parking spots, as per multiple media reports.

DLH Enclave is renowned for its features and picturesque views of the surrounding. The project has been home to several well-known personalities, including the late actor Irfan Khan. Dube, who has openly expressed his appreciation for the area, now becomes part of the growing number of athletes choosing premium real estate in Mumbai’s western suburbs.

Dube eyes comeback in Bangladesh tour after quiet IPL season

The explosive left-handed batter is expected to return to action in August when Team India tours Bangladesh for a lengthy white-ball series. Dube has been a key figure in India’s T20I setup and was also part of the squad that clinched the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 title. In 26 T20I innings, he has scored over 500 runs at an impressive strike rate of 140, which includes four half-centuries.

Dube was last seen playing a brief stint in the Mumbai T20 League. Prior to that, he featured in the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) camp during IPL 2025, having been retained by the franchise for a hefty sum of ₹12 crore. However, he endured a disappointing season with the bat.
