VIDEO: MS Dhoni completes 600 catches in International cricket

Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni completed 600 catches as a wicket-keeper in his career across all formats in the 6th ODI against South Africa on Friday.

The Proteas opener Hashim Amla was his scalp as he was strangled down the legside by Shardul Thakur in the seventh over of the first innings. Dhoni became the third wicket-keeper in the world to achieve the feat and is still going strong in his career.

However, South Africa’s Mark Boucher is sitting pretty at the top of the charts with a staggering 952 catches while donning the gloves for his country.

The Australian wicket-keeper Adam Gilchrist is the second on this list with as many as 813 catches behind the stumps.
