Here’s what Virat Kohli said when Mayanti Langer questioned the Indian skipper about his biopic

After biopic on cricketers Mohammad Azharuddin and MS Dhoni, Bollywood is all geared up for Kapil Dev’s life story in Kabir Khan’s “83” starring Ranveer Singh.

Meanwhile, there is one more whose life story would make a great biopic and he is none other than Virat Kohli.

The Indian skipper not only has many records to his name but his on and off-screen persona lends to a great story. But when Virat was asked about the same by sports anchor Mayanti Langer, the Delhi lad gave a shocking reply.

Kohli said, “I don’t think there will be a biopic made on me. I think it will be just a real account of what my life has been like.”

He continued, “I don’t know… I mean, there are many talented people out there. But I’m still quite a few years from there, some new talented actor will come along and he might fit the role perfectly. If something like that happens, but that’s far far away.”

Also, when Mayanti asked about Kohli which actor he would like to see playing his role, the 29-year-old didn’t really find a final name in his mind. “I don’t know… I mean, there are many talented people out there. But I’m still quite a few years from there, some new talented actor will come along and he might fit the role perfectly. If something like that happens, but that’s far far away,” he replied.

So now, it looks like we have to wait a lot to watch Virat’s life story on the big screen.
