England women star cricketer Danielle Wyatt has grabbed the headlines during the recently concluded Paytm Tri-Series series involving India, Australia and England.
She was in supreme form throughout the series and was also the leading run scorer for her side. In the 3rd game of the series against India at the Cricket Club of India (CCI) in Mumbai, she scored her second century in T20 Internationals, which was also the fastest by any English player in the 20 over format.
Subsequently, she became the first woman cricketer to hit two centuries in the shortest format of the game. Moreover, Wyatt racked up the century in the presence of her father, which also hogged quite a bit of limelight.
After the T20 series final, Wyatt conducted a question and answer session on Twitter where she was asked about her favorite team in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
She replied: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), which doesn’t spring a surprise, bearing in mind her admiration for Virat Kohli who is also the captain of team RCB.
