KL Rahul has found his mojo back in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and has played some scintillating knocks for his new franchise, Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) this year.
In the first game of the season for KXIP, Rahul smashed the fastest IPL fifty ever against Delhi Daredevils (DD).
Rahul has been regularly opening the innings for Punjab and not surprisingly is in the race for the leading run-scorers of the tournament.
Every year in IPL, the bonding between the players become very important and even their families get along with them which is very nice. The environment in the dressing room is like a family as everyone enjoys each other’s company.
India veteran Yuvraj Singh is known to be the player who pulls the leg of his teammates on social media and without any surprise, his wife Hazel Keech must have taken some tips from him regarding the same.
In a recent incident, Hazel clicked a photo of KL Rahul with the toys which kids normally play with and termed the Punjab opener as a ‘toy stealer’. She captioned the pic as, “Stealing kids toys rahulkl.”
Meanwhile, KXIP is placed at the fifth position in the IPL standings with 12 points under their belt in 12 matches.
Ravichandran Ashwin & Co. still have a couple of matches left against Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and will have to win both the games to qualify for the playoffs comfortably.
