As Australia was closing in towards the target, it was Ashwin who took the last wicket of Josh Hazlewood to wrap up the match. Ashwin, Bumrah, and Shami took 3 wickets each in the second inning.
Cheteshwar Pujara was awarded the ‘Player of the Match’ for his brilliant knock of 123 and 71 runs.
Final Scores:
India: 250-10 (88.0) & 307-10 (106.5)
Australia: 235-10 (98.4) & 291-10 (119.5)
