Indian captain Virat Kohli scored his first century of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Test series, getting to his 25th century on Day 3 in Perth on Sunday morning.
This is Kohli’s first Test ton at the Perth stadium and the 30-year-old reached to the landmark with a magnificent straight drive off Mitchell Starc. And when King Kohli got to his hundred he looked toward a section of the grandstand with a stern expression on his face.
He pointed to his bat and then made a talking gesture with his right hand. The obvious interpretation would be he was suggesting that his bat has done the talking, rather than his mouth.
