India veteran Yuvraj Singh has sent out a message with his batting prowess ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019, which is scheduled to begin from March 23.
Yuvraj, who was bought by the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the players’ auction for the upcoming IPL season, went all guns blazing and scored a quick-fire 80 off 57 balls. The left-handed hard-hitter played this knock for Air India against Mumbai Customs in DY Patil T20 Cup.
During his scintillating knock, Yuvraj smashed seven boundaries and four sixes. However, it was not enough to help his side register a win as they lost by nine wickets.

Yuvraj also rolled his arms and bowled one over, where he went for 12 runs. The 37-year-old will continue to play the tournament. After the conclusion of the league, he will be in action for Punjab in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, that starts on February 21.
