WATCH: Rohit Sharma performs ‘Daddy duties’ for baby Samaira

Rohit Sharma & Co. is back home in India after completing an 11-week long tour of Australia and New Zealand that started in November last year.

In the middle of India’s four-match Test series against Australia, Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh gave birth to the couple’s first child, Samaira.

While Rohit returned home in Mumbai after the completion of third Test to meet his newborn, he joined the Indian team in Australia for the ODI series that followed.

The stand-in Indian captain is now back to India for a while and looks like he’s enjoying the off-time in the company of his little daughter.

Ritika also posted the above video on Instagram with baby Samaira.

The Men in Blue were eyeing a first-ever T20I series win in New Zealand following a 4-1 triumph in the five-match ODI series against the Blackcaps.

The 1-2 series defeat was India’s first T20I series loss after winning eight and drawing two.

Up next, India will host Australia for two T20Is and five ODIs, starting February 24.
