David Warner bids farewell to the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 after helping Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) clinch an important 45-run victory over Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) on Monday.
With Australia’s pre-World Cup camp starting from May 2, the opening batsman would no longer be available to participate in the ongoing IPL. Needing at least a win from the remaining two matches, SRH are in a good position to enter the next round.
Not only David, but his family too, who have been in India for the continuous support of him, have had a roller-coaster ride throughout the course of the tournament.
David’s wife Candice can be pointed out as the biggest supporter of the SRH opener, and a close second would definitely be the two little daughters of the player. While fans of the Orange Army applauded the sensational knock from David, Candice took to Twitter to send out a heartfelt message.
Firstly, congratulating David on his amazing time in the IPL this season, Candice then expressed how she and her daughters, Ivy Mae and Indi Rae, are immensely proud of the southpaw.
“Outstanding finish to your IPL season (David). The girls and I are forever proud of you. Your work ethic and your never give up attitude is inspirational. We love you,” Mrs. Warner wrote in her tweet.

But this is not the first time Candice has shown her support for David. During the course of the IPL, Candice has definitely been vocal with her cheering. Consistently congratulating David on his fifties and the century he scored. Even daughters Ivy and Indi made sure that the world knows the support they have for their dearest daddy.

David signed off with 8 fifties and a scintillating hundred, with a total of 692 runs in 12 games this season. This is the third IPL season in a row where David has crossed the 600-run mark.
