MS Dhoni smashed a quickfire 113 against Bangladesh in India’s second and final warm-up game of the ICC Cricket World 2019, driving the Men in Blue to a 95-run win in Cardiff.
After ending up on the losing side during the first warm-up game against New Zealand, India put in a show for the fans as the middle-order – especially KL Rahul and Dhoni – fired runs to power the Men in Blue to a total of 359 runs by the end of 50 overs.
Dhoni sets the field for Bangladesh:
In the 39th over of India’s innings when Dhoni was at the crease along with Rahul, the former Indian skipper asked Sabbir Rahman to stop bowling midway and advised him to remove his fielder from mid-wicket to square leg.
The epic moment was when the bowler actually listened to Dhoni and did what he said.
