The Kiwi star batsman, Martin Guptill, was not in the finest of form in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
After New Zealand’s heartbreaking loss to England in the thrilling finale at Lord’s two weeks back, the Black Caps opener got his touch back on Sunday. He played a blistering knock of unbeaten 86 runs off just 31 balls in the Vitality T20 Blast.
During his sensational knock, he even broke a top floor window of an adjacent hotel.

The Rapids beat Durham by nine wickets, making the target of 182 runs look too small and chasing it down in only 12.1 overs. Guptill’s innings included 11 sixes and three fours.
He won the ‘Man of the Match’ award for his phenomenal performance.
