Earlier, Rohit took to Twitter to share a pic, saying he does not just play for his team, he plays for his nation.

Post India’s loss against New Zealand in the 2019 World Cup semifinal, there were rumors about a rift between Kohli and Rohit. However, both captain Kohli and head coach Ravi Shastri rubbished such reports with the former terming the gossips as “baffling.”
“I have seen this for too long now. Bringing personal lives into the picture. It’s disrespectful after a moment. There is nothing between me and Rohit,” Kohli has said.
“We are feeding off lies. We are overlooking facts. We are turning a blind eye to all the good things that have happened. We are creating fantasies and scenarios in our head and want to accept that this is the truth,” he explained.
Rohit doesn’t follow Kohli anymore on Instagram. Recently, he even stopped following Kohli’s wife, Anushka Sharma, which added fuel to the fire.
However, Kohli still follows Rohit, but not his wife, Ritika Sajdeh.
While Anushka doesn’t follow Rohit and Ritika on the photo-sharing platform, Ritika too does not follow the Team India captain and his wife.
India’s tour against the West Indies starting from August 3 comprises 3 T20Is, 3 ODIs, and 2 Test matches.
