India recorded a crushing victory over the West Indies in the 2nd Test, demolishing the hosts by 257 runs on the fourth day marred by a vicious Darren Bravo blow that saw him become the second player in Test history to be substituted with a concussion.
Chasing an improbable target of 468, the home side tumbled in the post-lunch session, losing their last six wickets for 51 runs as they were dismissed for 210.
One of the undoubted highlights in the field for India was captain Virat Kohli’s brilliance to run out Shamarh Brooks – whose maiden Test half-century came undone with a brilliant throw.
Brooks played the second ball of the 54th over towards point and immediately set off for a single. But Kohli pounced on the ball, and hit the bullseye, thus catching the batsman short of his crease.
Kohli’s superb piece of athleticism sent fans wild on social media.

Brilliant run out by Kohli but Brooks shouldn't have given him the opportunity
