Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and India captain Virat Kohli are one of the hottest couples in B-Town and the world of Cricket. Despite her hectic schedule, Anushka is often seen cheering for Virat in many matches and tournaments.
The romantic star couple attended the function in Delhi, where the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium was renamed after former Union Minister Arun Jaitley. In the same ceremony, the pavilion stand of the stadium was named after Virat Kohli.
At the DDCA event, President Rajat Sharma spoke about an incident when Jaitley visited Kohli’s house after the latter’s father, Prem Kohli’s demise.
That was when the former Finance Minister came to know that in spite of his father’s death, Virat went to play a match. Impressed by the youngster’s mental strength, Jaitley predicted that he would make it big one day.
Naturally, it was a moment for the 30-year-old to get emotional. Anushka consoled him by kissing his hand.
