Virat Kohli’s stunning catch to remove Quinton de Kock in the first innings of the second T20I between India and South Africa had the Mohali crowd on their feet but just a couple of hours later David Miller’s sensational effort stunned the Indian captain himself.
Miller took a superb one-handed diving catch to send back Shikhar Dhawan in the 12th over of India’s run chase at the PCA stadium.
On the fourth delivery of Tabraiz Shamsi’s over, Dhawan came down the track and smashed the ball towards the long-on boundary. Just as it seemed there was no stopping of the ball, Miller flung towards his right and plucked the ball out of thin air.
Dhawan had a wry smile on his face after getting dismissed but Kohli’s reaction was pure gold, as he could not believe his eyes.

However, Miller was unable to win the match for his side with that catch as Kohli slammed an unbeaten 72 to take India home. The Men in Blue completed the 150-run chase on the last ball of the 19th over with 7 wickets in hand.
