Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Rajasthan Royals, has roped in Andrew McDonald as their new head coach for a period of three years.
McDonald, who played just four Tests for Australia, has an impressive record as a coach. Under his coaching, Victoria clinched the Sheffield Shield in the 2016-17 season. He had also led Victoria to Australian cricket’s domestic treble last summer and helped them win the One Day Cup.

“The Rajasthan Royals is a new, exciting challenge for me, and I can’t wait to get started working with our world-class players and coaches in one of the biggest sporting leagues in the world.”
