NZ v ENG 2019: Ross Taylor takes a one-handed stunner to dismiss Ben Stokes – Watch

England all-rounder Ben Stokes once again starred with the bat as he top-scored for his side and helped them post a decent total of 353/10 in the first innings of the opening Test against New Zealand at the Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui.

Resuming his innings from 67 not out on Day 2, Stokes was all set to reach the three-figure mark before Ross Taylor pulled off a stunning catch to send him back for 91.

It happened in the 101st over of the match. Though fast bowler Tim Southee got the big wicket of Stokes, credit should go to Taylor, who timed his jump to perfection and completed the one-handed stunner.

In response to England’s first innings total, the Black Caps were 394/6 at stumps on Day 3. The hosts lead by 41 runs with wicketkeeper BJ Watling batting on unbeaten 119 and all-rounder Mitchell Santner on 31 not out.
