Left-arm all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has many fans, and Virat Kohli also falls in that list. The Indian skipper took to Twitter to shower a praise-worthy comment on Jadeja.
On Monday, captain Kohli tweeted of a picture of himself along with Jadeja and wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant in which the trio can be seen sprinting together. One can see Jadeja as the front runner in the pic posted by the captain himself.
“It’s impossible to outrun Jaddu (Jadeja),” tweeted Kohli.
Love group conditioning sessions. And when Jaddu is in the group, it’s almost impossible to outrun him 😃👌. @RishabhPant17 @imjadeja pic.twitter.com/QMK4nysoFh

On Sunday, the Indian team registered yet another victory as they defeated Bangladesh by an innings and 46 runs. This victory was unique as it was Team India’s 7th consecutive test win. Indian pace battery wrote the winning script as they claimed 19 wickets in the second Test match at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. This was also a rare occasion where Indian spinners didn’t take a single wicket.
Captain Kohli scored his 27th Test ton, and now he has most international hundreds after Australian skipper Ricky Ponting and legendary Sachin Tendulkar. Kohli has scored 70 centuries in 438 innings, and Ponting has 71 tons in 668 innings, whereas Tendulkar has 100 international hundreds in 782 innings. Kohli also equaled Ponting’s record of most international centuries by any captain (41).
Virat has 612 runs in the current calendar year, with an average of 68.00. However, he’s not the leading run-scorer for India in 2019 as Mayank Agarwal and Ajinkya Rahane are ahead of him with 754 and 642 runs consecutively.
Speaking about the ICC World Test Championship, the unbelievable domination of the Indian team is undoubtedly a treat to watch. India has played 7 test matches in the ongoing tournament and won every single game. India is at the top in WTC with 360 points.
