Mumbai Indians (MI) star all-rounder Krunal Pandya turned 29 on Tuesday (March 24). The elder brother of Hardik Pandya, Krunal, has represented India in 18 T20I matches since 2018. He is also a core member of MI since making his IPL debut in 2016.
In the second T20I of the three-match series between Australia and India at the Gabba in Brisbane, Krunal delivered an absolute peach of a delivery to dismiss Glenn Maxwell.
Krunal gave the ball a fair amount of flight, and the cherry gripped the surface and spun past Maxwell’s bat to clatter into the stumps. Quite expectantly, the batsman was left bemused by the ‘beauty’ from Pandya.

Krunal ended with figures of 1/26 in that match, which was eventually called off due to rain. In the third T20I, the left-hander announced his entry into the Indian team when he took 4/36 and became the Player of the Match, helping Men in Blue win the crucial encounter. India leveled the series 1-1.
