The T20 format changed the entire concept of cricket from the time it has become more and more popular. The shortest format of the game has produced a lot of fresh innovations in run-scoring.
Players like Brendon McCullum, AB de Villiers, and Jos Buttler have shown sights of some jaw-dropping shots. Due to it, there has been a significant increment in sixes as well.
When it comes to six-hitting then batsmen like Chris Gayle, Andre Russell, Kieron Pollard, MS Dhoni, Hardik Pandya are few names who are known for launching the ball into the stands.
But there are few who have the ability to score maximum sixes in the death overs, especially in the 20th over.
Let’s have a look at three Indian batsmen who have smashed maximum sixes in the last over:
3.) Hardik Pandya
The star all-rounder from Gujarat, Hardik Pandya, is a household name in India. He has been a prime asset ever since he entered in India’s squad. His ability of scoring runs without taking much time makes him a completely different batsman.

When it comes to T20 internationals, then Rohit is the leader. He is ahead of players like Gayle and Martin Guptill, hitting as many as 127 maximums in 108 games.
In overall T20s, the 32-year-old has slammed 361 sixes which is the highest by any Indian batsman. While in the 20th over, Rohit has 27 sixes to his name against 115 balls.
1.) MS Dhoni

In ODI cricket, the Ranchi batsman has smashed 229 maximums which is the second-highest by an Indian batsman after Rohit Sharma. In overall T20s, Dhoni has slammed 295 sixes.
