Amid coronavirus pandemic, cricketers are enjoying free time with their family members as all the series and tournaments have been cancelled. Both former and current players are heading towards social media to engage with their fans as the country is facing a 21-day lockdown.
In the process, cricketers like Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer, Harmanpreet Kaur, Jaspreet Bumrah have engaged with fans in recent times. Now Indian women team’s star opener Smriti Mandhana has also joined the elite list as she ran a Q/A session on Twitter on Friday, where she interacted with her fans and followers.
Smriti came up with a tweet and said: “Hey guys, let’s do a Q&A session! We all are playing our part by staying home and practising social distancing, so I thought this would be a good time to connect.”

As the session kicked off, a fan asked a pretty weird question which surprised Smriti, and she responded humorously.
The fan asked that if Smriti gets arrested without any explanation, then what would her friends and family assume she had done.

The BCCI Women official twitter handle too couldn’t resist asking Smriti a question. It asked the things that Smriti focuses on before she gets out to bat.
“What things do you usually focus on as an opener after arriving at the ground and before you go out to bat?” tweeted BCCI Women.
