West Indies star cricketer Chris Gayle couldn’t hold himself from mocking India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal for his social media posts recently. Chahal has been on the receiving end from his RCB teammates as well because of his TikTok videos.
In a recent Instagram live session, Gayle advised Chahal to quit social media because his posts are annoying. “I am going to tell TikTok to block you as well, seriously. You are very annoying on social media man. You need to get off social media right now,” Gayle said.
“We are tired of Chahal. I don’t wanna see you in my life again. I am gonna block you,” the West Indian added.

Earlier, RCB captain Virat Kohli had told AB de Villiers on Instagram live to check out Chahal’s TikTok videos. Kohli called Yuzi a clown for behaving like a kid despite being a 29-year-old and an international cricketer.
“You will not believe this guy is playing international cricket and he is 29-year-old. Just go and look at his videos. He’s an absolute clown,” Kohli had told AB.
With Covid-19 suspending sporting events across the globe, cricketers seem to spend more time on social media to interact with their fans and pass the time in the process. Many of them have been interacting with their fellow teammates and friends through Instagram live sessions, and Facebook live chats.
