Indian cricket fans are eagerly waiting to see their favourite stars join the field session once again and show the classic magic in the captivating game. But, due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Indian cricketers are yet to join any cricketing action. However, they are regularly taking part in chat symposiums and organising Q/A sessions on social media platforms to interact with their admirers.
Following the bandwagon, frontline Indian speedster Bhuvneshwar Kumar took to Instagram to conduct a Q&A session. Bhuvi answered many questions and heaped praises on his teammates.
The Meerut-born was also quizzed to choose between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo – two of the greatest superstars of all-time in the history of Football. Bhuvneshwar picked Messi as his favourite footballer.
The 30-year-old pacer was even asked to describe former international Yuvraj Singh and current Indian skipper Virat Kohli in one word.
Starting from 2011 World Cup winner Yuvraj, Bhuvneshwar said that the Chandigarh-born is a fighter and an inspiration for everyone.
Bhuvneshwar then described Kohli in one word. He simply termed the Delhi-born cricketer as ‘GOAT’ (Greatest of all time).
Bhuvneshwar sustained an injury during a game against Pakistan in the 2019 World Cup in England and Wales. However, now he is completely fit and ready to take the field. The Indian paceman has so far taken over 200 wickets in 21 Tests, 114 ODIs and 43 T20Is.
In the 2020 edition of Indian Premier League (IPL), Bhuvneshwar was ready to show his magic for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), but due to coronavirus pandemic, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) was forced to postpone the 13th season of the lucrative league for an indefinite time.
