Veteran Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi has been in the news ever since he made the infamous speech at PoK, against Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
The controversial cricketer received a substantial amount of flak for his derogatory statements from the Indian contingent on social media.
The likes of Gautam Gambhir, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Shikhar Dhawan and other cricketers delivered befitting replies to Afridi.
Soon, Afridi broke the news of him being diagnosed with COVID-19. The former all-rounder had been actively involved with serving COVID-19 patients in Pakistan through his charity organization named ‘Shahid Afridi Foundation’. It is believed that he contracted the contagion while providing relief to the patients.
Recently, the ex-Pakistan captain announced that he was recovering well from the ailment and was looking to interact with his fans on Twitter, via ‘Q&A’ session.

Both Virat and Kohli form the cream of the Indian top-order which has dominated in white-ball cricket in recent years.
With the addition of Shikhar Dhawan, the top three of the Indian batting is one of the most feared in world cricket.
Moreover, Rohit and Kohli have been the top scorers in ODI cricket, since 2013, when Rohit decided to open the innings.
Whenever both Rohit and Virat bat in tandem, it is poetry in motion for lovers of cricket. The two have been involved in several monumental partnerships for India over the years.
Now, with Rohit opening the innings in red-ball cricket, fans would hope to witness the Kohli-Rohit alliance blossom in the whites as well.
Further, Afridi was also asked about his phone number and age. To which, Afridi replied in a jovial manner.
