India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) seamer Deepak Chahar’s sister, Malti Chahar, has posted an adorable message for her dear brother, as the bowler resumes training for IPL 2020 at Chepauk.
Malti is a well-known actress and model. She shared a cute video of her and Chahar en route to the airport. The former Miss India claimed that she has already started to miss her brother.
Deepak’s brother Rahul Chahar, who is part of the Mumbai Indians (MI) squad, will also join his teammates soon. The Chahar brother’s itinerary makes their tour long as they are expected to be selected for the white-ball series against Australia post-IPL 2020.
“Me when he’s leaving for ipl 2020, @deepak_chahar9 already missing you #whistlepodu #yellow #love #ipl2020” captioned Malti’s recent Instagram post.
It was only a week back when Malti celebrated brother Deepak’s birthday as well as Rakshabandhan. “Happy birthday bro and attack @deepak_chahar9”; “He annoys me the most but still I love him the most. Happy rakshabandhan to you all,” captioned her recent posts.
Chahar, along with other Indian stars in the CSK line-up, arrived Chennai on Friday for a preparatory camp starting August 15.
After the one-week-long training camp, the Indian contingent of CSK will depart for UAE to remain in quarantine. The likes of Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni, Piyush Chawla, Karn Sharma and other CSK team members touched down in Chennai to resume their training.
Coach Stephen Fleming, along with Mike Hussey and marquee all-rounder Shane Watson will join the Indian contingent in the CSK camp and wait for the other overseas team-members.
The unavailability of key players for franchises will be the first hurdle during the initial leg of the tournament.
