West Indies defeated India in a thrilling second T20I at Warner Park in Basseterre, St Kitts to level the five-match series on Monday.
Pace bowler Obed McCoy set up a series-levelling win for the hosts courtesy of his brilliant bowling in the match. The left-armer destroyed the Indian batting line-up, picking up a jaw-dropping six-wicket haul.
McCoy produced the best bowling figures for West Indies in a T20I game to help bowl out India for 138 in 19.4 overs. The speedster bagged six wickets while conceding only 17 runs in his quota of 4 overs, including a maiden.
For the visitors, all-rounder Hardik Pandya was the only batter who could cross the 30-run mark. The right-handed batter scored 31 runs with the help of three boundaries, including a couple of sixes.

In response, West Indies also faced hardships as Indian bowlers made sure the chase wasn’t a cake walk for the Men in Maroon. The contest went down to the wire, where the home team managed to clinch the victory in the final over.
Brandon King shined with the bat, smashing 68 from 52 deliveries with the help of eight fours and two maximums. Wicketkeeper-batter Devon Thomas played a handy unbeaten knock of 31 off 19 to take West Indies home.
