Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are hosting Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Match 32 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday. It is a special match for the home team as RCB players are donning the green jersey to support their Go Green initiative, which spreads awareness about the need for a cleaner and greener environment.

Virat Kohli, who was the captain once again, lost the toss, and Rajasthan-led by Sanju Samson decided to bowl first. Kohli came to open the innings alongside Faf du Plessis, but the hosts had a terrible start as their superstar Kohli was dismissed on the very first ball of the match.

Trent Boult, who was given the responsibility to deliver the opening over, bowled an absolute cracker to get rid of Kohli, sending shockwaves to the RCB camp and sending the entire crowd into deathly silence.

Boult went for his trademark in-swinger, which pitched fuller in the middle and came back in sharply. Kohli played all around the flick but missed as the ball struck the pad. Michael Gough had the finger up in a flash, and Kohli also knew as he walked off straightway and didn’t even look at Du Plessis.
