In the 44th match of the eighth edition of Big Bash League (BBL|08), Hobart Hurricanes’ Jofra Archer put up a sensational effort near the boundary rope and completed arguably the best catch of the tournament till date.
During a T20 clash between Brisbane Heat and Hurricanes, Archer, standing at long on, displayed tremendous fitness and took a stunning catch to remove Max Bryant for seven. It was a full length delivery by James Faulkner and Bryant smashed it over the long-on for a maximum. But Archer outstretched his right hand and lobed the ball back as he was flying across the boundary line and came back quickly to complete the catch.

The BBL|08 has witnessed some top cricketers delighting fans with such remarkable catches from time and again. Earlier this month, all-rounder Ben Cutting suffered a nasty blow on his face while attempting a catch during a match against Melbourne Renegades.
The 31-year-old all-rounder, however, recovered quickly to return to the field.
