IPL 2019: Kings XI Punjab team players list and their salaries

Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) will be vying for their maiden title in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Despite having plenty of big stars in their squads over the years, the Punjab-based franchise has failed to get their combination right. However, in the IPL 2019, KXIP will be hoping to turn their fortunes with a mix of few talented premier Indian and overseas players.

Some of the key players that Kings XI bought in the mega-auction are Sam Curran, Nicholas Pooran, Varun Chakravarthy and Mohammed Shami. They retained most of their key players including KL Rahul, Chris Gayle, Mujeeb Zardan, David Miller and Mayank Agarwal.

This year, the team will be captained by Ravichandran Ashwin and the head coach is Mike Hesson.

KXIP will play their first match of the IPL 2019 against Rajasthan Royals on March 25 at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
