CPL 2019: Trinbago Knight Riders’ Dwayne Bravo ruled out of the entire season

Trinbago Knight Riders’ star player Dwayne Bravo will miss the entire Caribbean Premier League 2019 due to finger injury. Bravo is undergoing rehab and is expected to be away from competitive cricket for two months.

Previously, Bravo was expected to feature in some of the matches, but the recovery is taking longer than expected.

On Friday (September 6), Bravo provided an updated while talking to commentators during Trinbago Knight Riders vs. Jamaica Tallawahs at the Queen’s Park Oval. “The next aim for me is rehab to try to get my fingers moving again, it is going to be a long process…I will back playing competitive cricket in about two months’ time,” told Bravo.

In Bravo’s absence, Trinbago Knight Riders have appointed Kieron Pollard as the captain for this season.
