Rohit Sharma shares a lovely post for wife Ritika on her birthday

Team India opener Rohit Sharma on Saturday took to Instagram to wish his wife Ritika Sajdeh on her birthday. While Rohit is one of the most devastating batsmen in the cricketing world right now, he once again showed his softer side with a lovely post for his wife.

Rohit and Ritika got married on December 13, 2015. The couple was blessed with their first child, a baby girl, named Samaira last year. The two have been going strong ever since, and Rohit missed his wife’s presence as he is gearing up for India’s final international match of 2019 against on Sunday.

Nonetheless, the 32-year-old right-hander took out time to share a lovely Instagram post.

Rohit wrote, “Many many happy returns my love, strength, and game-changer. Samaira and I are proud to have such a leading light in our lives.”

A special gift for Ritika?

Well, Rohit can give Ritika the perfect birthday gift by helping India win the ODI series against West Indies. The right-handed batsman had starred with the bat in the previous game. He slammed 159 as India thumped the tourists by 107 runs to draw level in the three-match series. Rohit’s knock helped India post a mammoth total of 387-5.

In reply, Kieron Pollard & Co. were all out for just 280 in the 44th over. Kuldeep Yadav starred with the ball by picking up his second hat-trick in ODIs. With form on his side, Rohit will be looking to make the most of it once again and guide India to clinch the series.
