It has been a while since all sporting action has been suspended with the outbreak of COVID-19. All athletes around the globe are now home-bound, serving their period of quarantine.
Looking at the long staycation on the cards, both Pandya brothers decided to take the matters indoors. Elder brother Krunal Pandya recently shared a video of playing indoor cricket with Hardik Pandya.
‘We can have fun indoors too. Please stay home and be safe, everyone,’ captioned his tweet.
Soon after playing cricket with the two other family members, the Pandya brothers were seen hand-sanitizing. They promoted staying indoors amidst a challenging phase in the history of mankind.

March 29 was slated to be the start of the thirteenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings were slated to feature in the tournament opener. Both Krunal and Hardik play for the same team, Mumbai Indians.
The tournament was important for Hardik, who looked in ominous form in the build-up to the IPL, during the DY Patil Trophy. Pandya has been out of international action since the South Africa T20I series.
However, the tournament was post-poned looking at precautionary measures for the pandemic. IPL 2020 in all likelihood will be cancelled this year. Therefore, this will directly affect the mega-auctions which was scheduled prior to the IPL 2021.
