Ajinkya Rahane, the Indian vice-captain in Test cricket, has been spending time at home with his family during the nationwide lockdown amid coronavirus pandemic. In this tough time, Rahane is quite active on social media and has kept his fans entertained through various photos and videos.

Rahane, in his recent video, can be seen taking the “keep it up” challenge after being nominated by Rohit Sharma. The Mumbaikar used a Pink ball to complete the Challenge with ease and captioned his video as: “Challenge accepted. @ImRo45! Had shot this in the evening so used the pink ball. I’m committed to staying at home. Next up @Sdhawan25 @Cheteshwar1 &@Wriddhipops”.

Earlier this week, former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh started the ‘keep it up’ Challenge on social media. He shared a video of himself bouncing the ball with the edge of the bat and nominated legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, Indian opener Rohit Sharma, veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh and Bollywood actress Dia Mirza to take up the Challenge.

On a related note, Ajinkya was set to represent Delhi Capitals (DC) in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League, which was initially slated to take place from March 24 to May 29. However, the IPL 2020 was postponed indefinitely by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in April due to COVID-19 outbreak.
