Turning pictures to the opposite gender is becoming a trend these days. It’s all happening via the Face app which uses artificial intelligence, and morphs face by merging in facial features. The app uses neural networks for its transformations. Recently, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal posted a female version of Rohit Sharma which went viral on the internet.
Following the bandwagon, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) – an Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise – posted pictures of the female version of CSK cricketers on its official Instagram account. CSK called the squad ‘Chennai Super Queens’.
“Chennai Super Queens deserve all your love, #yellove! ???? PC: @cskfansofficial,” CSK captioned.
As soon as CSK posted the image, fans of the “Yellow Army” flooded the comment section with heartwarming replies. However, one comment grabbed the maximum attention as it came from none other than CSK’s all-time great Suresh Raina.
Raina was so much impressed with the pictures that he actually went on to ask his teammate Shardul Thakur for a ‘Coffee Date’.
“Hahahaha. Me and Shardul going for coffee soon,” Raina wrote in the comment section.
CSK’s admin was quick in responding and tagged Raina’s wife Priyanka Raina below the comment with “Ahem Ahem”.
After which, the ‘Chinna Thala’ retorted and said that his wife Priyanka would be there.
Much like many other Indian cricketers, Raina was all set to show his magic in the 2020 edition of IPL, but the BCCI postponed the cash-rich tournament for an indefinite period amid ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The left-handed cricketer has been one of the finest players of the lucrative league. He has so far appeared in 193 games and has accumulated 5368 runs at an impressive strike-rate of 137.14.
Raina is the second-highest run-scorer in IPL after Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper Virat Kohli. He also has 38 half-centuries and one hundred to his name in the exciting league.
