Pakistan will take on England in the series-decider final T20I of the ongoing seven-match series at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Sunday, October 2. The exciting series is currently tied up at 3-3, with both Pakistan and England winning three matches each.

The tourists, who recently won the sixth T20I to level the series, will be aiming to register another victory to seal the series. Similarly, the hosts would also be hoping to record another triumph in order to take the series.

Pitch report:

The track at Gaddafi Stadium provides decent support to batters, as was evident in the previous fixture. The dew is expected to play a major factor, and chasing will be an ideal option at this venue.

Probable XIs:

Pakistan: Babar Azam (c), Mohammad Rizwan (wk), Shan Masood, Iftikhar Ahmed, Haider Ali, Shadab Khan, Asif Ali, Mohammad Nawaz, Aamer Jamal, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Haris Rauf

England: Philip Salt (wk), Alex Hales, Dawid Malan, Ben Duckett, Harry Brook, Moeen Ali (c), Sam Curran, David Willey, Adil Rashid, Reece Topley, Richard Gleeson/Mark Wood

Match Prediction:

Case 1:

  • Pakistan wins the toss and bowls first
  • Powerplay score: 40-45
  • England total: 150-160

Case 2:

  • England wins the toss and bowls first
  • Powerplay score: 45-50
  • Pakistan total: 160-170

Team batting second to win the contest.
