In a thrilling encounter between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), the Super Giants emerged victorious by 10 runs in Match 26 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.

After being asked to bat, the Super Giants put up a decent total of 154/7 in their allotted 20 overs, thanks to the contributions of Kyle Mayers (51 runs off 42) and KL Rahul (39 runs off 32). Ravichandran Ashwin was the pick of the bowlers for Rajasthan Royals, with 2 wickets for 23 runs.

In response, the Royals could only manage 144/6 in their 20 overs, falling short by 10 runs. Yashasvi Jaiswal (44 runs off 35) and Jos Buttler (40 runs off 41) were the leading run-scorers for Rajasthan. Avesh Khan was the star with the ball for the Super Giants, taking 3 wickets for 25 runs in his 4 overs.

LSG’s bowlers kept the pressure on RR throughout the innings and restricted them to a below-par total. In the end, Lucknow Super Giants won the match by 10 runs, with Avesh Khan and Marcus Stoinis being the standout performers.
