Details of the 2023-24 international cricket season have been unveiled by Cricket Australia (CA), which includes the dates and venues of all matches. Australia’s upcoming home summer is scheduled to commence in December with a Test series against Pakistan, spanning three matches and forming a part of the next World Test Championship (WTC) cycle.

The first match of Pakistan’s tour of Australia is set to take place in Perth on December 14, followed by the traditional Boxing Day Test at the MCG, with the series concluding at the SCG in the new year of 2024. Subsequently, Australia will engage in a bilateral white-ball series against India after participating in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India later this year.

Following that, Australia are scheduled to hold a two-match Test series against West Indies, with one match at Adelaide Oval and the other at The Gabba, which will be the sole pink-ball Test for the summer. The men’s team’s home summer will conclude with a three-match ODI series and T20I series against West Indies.

As per the FTP, Australia will be travelling to New Zealand to participate in a tour comprising two Tests and three T20Is. The schedules for domestic cricket fixtures during the 2023-24 season are anticipated to be announced in the following weeks.

CA also confirmed that the prices for entry-level tickets would remain unchanged for an eighth consecutive year. Notably, the prices for men’s international matches will begin at $30 for adults, $10 for children, and $65 for families.
