India and Australia are gearing up to face each other in a thrilling three-match ODI series. The action-packed series will commence with the opening game scheduled to take place at the Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali on Friday, September 22.

The opening fixture will witness KL Rahul taking the reins of the Indian side as captain. Though regular skipper Rohit Sharma will return for the final ODI.

Australia, on the other hand, will be led by their regular skipper, Pat Cummins, throughout the series.

The Men in Blue are entering the series with confidence following their remarkable performance in the Asia Cup 2023. India clinched a record eighth title by defeating Sri Lanka in the summit clash. Australia will be looking to bounce back following their 3-2 series defeat against South Africa.
