David Warner gets trapped LBW by Ravichandran Ashwin but fails to review the decision
As Ashwin returned to the attack in the 15th over, Warner once again donned the right-handed stance and attempted to execute a reverse sweep, but he was deceived with the carrom ball and eventually given out Leg Before Wicket (LBW) by the umpire. In a moment of spontaneity, Warner chose not to review the decision and walked back to the pavilion. However, the post-dismissal replays revealed an interesting twist in the tale. There was a clear edge off Warner’s bat before the ball made contact with his pads, but it was too late until then as he failed to review the decision.
