This isn’t the first time Naveen has been subjected to such taunts. Earlier in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, while representing the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), he faced similar chants from the crowd during matches.

Their on-field disagreement led to both players receiving fines from the IPL authorities. The former RCB captain was charged 100% of his match fee, while Naveen was penalized with a 50% reduction in his match payment.

In their pursuit of the target, Bangladesh displayed excellent batting prowess, completing the chase in just 34.4 overs with six wickets to spare. Najmul Hossain Shanto, who remained unbeaten at 59, and Mehidy, who scored 57, delivered exceptional performances to guide Bangladesh to victory.
