Scheduled to begin on October 5 with a clash between defending champions England and New Zealand, the tournament promises to be a thrilling spectacle for cricket fans worldwide.
In a recent video released by Star Sports India, former South African pacer Dale Steyn was asked to share his insights on who he believes will emerge as the highest run-scorer in the upcoming edition of the World Cup.

Steyn’s prediction pointed toward Pakistan’s charismatic captain, Babar Azam, as the leading run-getter of the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup.
“Leading run-scorer is probably gonna be somebody like Babar,” Steyn stated.
