Batting first, England posted a competitive total of 325 runs in their 50 overs, showcasing a collective batting effort. Opener Philip Salt provided a brisk start with 45 runs off 28 balls, including 5 fours and 3 sixes.

Harry Brook emerged as the top-scorer, contributing a crucial 71 runs off 72 deliveries, featuring 7 fours and 2 sixes. Sam Curran and Brydon Carse played vital cameos, adding 38 and 31 runs, respectively. Romario Shepherd led the West Indies bowling attack with 2 wickets, supported by Gudakesh Motie, Alzarri Joseph, and Oshane Thomas.

In response, West Indies displayed a formidable batting performance, successfully chasing down the target with 1.1 overs to spare. Shai Hope played a spectacular innings, scoring 109 runs off 82 balls, including 4 fours and an impressive 7 sixes.

Alick Athanaze (66) and Romario Shepherd (49) also made significant contributions, guiding the team to victory. Gus Atkinson and Rehan Ahmed were the pick of the English bowlers, claiming 2 wickets each. In the end, West Indies emerged victorious, winning by 4 wickets in a thrilling encounter.
