In a shocking turn of events during the Zimbabwe vs Ireland T20 international (T20I) at the Harare Sports Club, an unsightly on-field altercation unfolded between Sikandar Raza and Curtis Campher, leaving spectators and cricket enthusiasts stunned.

Zimbabwe beat Ireland by 1 wicket in the first T20I

Talking about the result of the match, Zimbabwe registered a thrilling one-wicket victory over Ireland in the first T20I of the three-match series.

Ireland posted 147-8 in their 20 overs, while Zimbabwe reached the set target on the last ball of the match. The series opener concluded dramatically with Blessing Muzarabani scoring two runs off the final ball, his first delivery of the game.

Earlier, Raza’s spin bowling proved effective for the home team as he picked three crucial wickets, including that of Ireland’s captain Andy Balbirnie, who notched up 32 runs in 25 balls.

During the run-chase, Raza showcased his batting prowess by smashing 65 runs off 42 deliveries.
