In a delightful turn of events during the IndianPremier League (IPL) 2024, former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag showcased his witty side as he took aim at Bollywood’s BFF Orry, also known as Orhan Awatramani.

During a break in the cricketing action, Sehwag, known for his quick wit and humorous commentary, couldn’t resist the opportunity to indulge in some fun banter. With the cameras rolling on sets of JioCinema, Sehwag weaved his trademark blend of cricketing insight with light-hearted dig at Orry.

Sehwag hits Orry for a maximum!

In the viral video, sports presenter Anant Tyagi asked Sehwag to show Orry his favourite signature shot. To this ex-India opener replied: “Main maara toh inhe bahar hi bhejunga (If I hit, I will smack him out of the park).” 

“Poora sixer,” added Orry, while sharing a laugh with other members of the show.

Who is Orry?

Orhan Awatramani boasts a substantial social media following exceeding 1 million followers, where he is affectionately known as Orry. Described as a globetrotter, trendsetter and associate of Bollywood celebs like Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor and Ananya Pandey among others, Orry’s online presence is bolstered by his attendance at high-profile events such as fashion galas, film premieres and star-studded Bollywood soirées.

As per his LinkedIn profile, Orry has been serving as a Special Project Manager at Reliance Industries Limited for the past six years, while his family is involved in the liquor, hospitality and real estate business.

Additionally, Orry shares a close bond with Radhika Merchant, who will soon get married to Anant Ambani, the youngest son of business magnate Mukesh Ambani.
