IPL 2019: Ritika Sajdeh reacts weirdly at Yuvraj Singh for wearing Rohit Sharma’s MI jersey

Mumbai Indians (MI) on Tuesday unveiled Yuvraj Singh’s number with their new jersey ahead of the 12th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The veteran all-rounder will be donning the number 12 once again this time but in the colour blue. He was roped in by MI at his base price of Rs 1 crore at the IPL player auction last year.

The three times IPL champions also uploaded a picture of Yuvraj on Instagram where he can be spotted wearing Rohit Sharma’s jersey. Ritika was quick to react as she found it weird that her brother was wearing her husband’s jersey. “My brother wearing my husband’s jersey is all kinds of weird,” she wrote replying to Mumbai Indian’s post.

Yuvraj had a poor IPL last season with his home franchise Kings XI Punjab. The all-rounder managed only eight appearances for the Ravichandran Ashwin-led franchise last year and scored 65 runs. He will be looking to put on an improved show this season and help Mumbai clinch their 4th title.

MI had a decent auction ahead of the new season as they roped in domestic talents like Pankaj Jaiswal, Rasikh Dar and Anmolpreet Singh. They also bought back the veteran Sri Lanka pacer Lasith Malinga, who served as their bowling coach in IPL 2018.

Mumbai Indians will face Delhi Capitals in their first game on March 24.
