The West Indies pacer Sheldon Cottrell is all set for the seventh edition of the Caribbean Premier League. The left-arm fast bowler, Sheldon is a member of St Kitts & Nevis Patriots squad.
The top wicket-taker for West Indies during the ICC World Cup 2019, Sheldon is also a soldier in the Jamaican Defence Force. He is famous for his military salute celebration after dismissing a batsman.
During an interview on the St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots media day, the pacer taught the host how to salute in ‘Cottrell’ style. Cottrell also mentioned that he is also looking to add something to the salute.

During the opening game of the tournament against Trinbago Knight Riders at Queens Park Oval, Cottrell picked up his 100th T20 wicket.
