The countdown for the most awaited tournament of the year – Indian Premier League – has begun and that was announced by the league with a release of the official anthem for IPL 2019.
The 90-second peppy video posted by IPL on their Twitter handle witnesses several top Indian cricketers including Virat Kohli, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Ravichandran Ashwin and others practicing in their respective team’s jerseys.
Also, in the video, a group of boys are shown playing the game. Soon, it becomes a struggle of space between the two groups as they both start fighting with each other for more space.
With the group of boys looking like they are about to win, enters MS Dhoni. The embarrassed group of boys take a step back, not knowing how to react. This amuses the cricket stars, who invite them over for a game of cricket. They take a ladder and climb to the other side of the wall, only to be welcomed by Virat Kohli, who challenges them to a game.
“#GameBanayegaName” is the online campaign for IPL 2019. With the new video revolving around the same, it augurs well for the overall good of the official IPL anthem.
